So why would you want your photos to tell a different story? I want your images to capture you and your life; right now; unfiltered. I want you to look back and remember exactly what that moment felt like.
Images should not only show “cheesing” at the camera (while we will definitely get mostly those). Images should document real life.

What to expect
+Pre-Session Planning
We will have a consultation via coffee date, email, messenger, or phone prior to your session. Here, we will discuss what exactly you are wanting from your session. I am here to answer any questions about things like outfit choices, location options, print options, etc.
+Picture Day
On the day of your session, we will focus on natural, less “posed” photos. I like to keep a fun and easy-going environment. I love to capture connections, whether that’s couples or parents and children. And if you have kids who like to run wild, no worries. I more or less let the kids "run the show". I will keep things interesting for them by following them around so they feel like they are in charge rather than being forced to take photos. I know it can be challenging, I have 4 (+1 on the way) at home myself.
+What Now?
After your session, I will work on your proofing gallery. Once your gallery is completed, I will send it over. You are more than welcome to reach out if you are interested in purchasing prints. Keep in mind there is up to a 3 week turnaround.

can i purchase a session for someone else?
Definitely! We always offer gift certificates as an option, which makes for a great gift. Just reach out if this is something you are interested in.
What should i wear?
We can personally go over wardrobe options and recommendations at our initial consult or via message. Wardrobe makes a HUGE difference in images, so we want to make sure your attire goes with the vision you have for your session.

what if my kids are acting up during our session?
I’m a parent, too and TOTALLY understand that kids can be wild. This is why my focus is not on posing and smiling, but rather catching real moments. Kids running free, tickles fights, and just family interacting as a family is what I strive to capture. So no worries, I get it! Embrace the chaos! ;)
